Was so looking forward to this and what a corker. A whole hour!
I was hoping against hope that Danielle would die at the hands of Janine. But no, the writers just won't give Ronnie any happiness. I was on tenterhooks, with my two brothers, not wanting it to finish, my enjoyment being marred slightly by my neighbour coming through the house looking for her cat and then on her way out saying, "why are they always shouting? That's why I hate Eastenders."
Best moment for me: Little Jean's face when Peggy comments on the flowers.
The Wire is Fab (ep 5 a bit slow though). Doctors is excellent (I hope they don't write out the mad receptionist now she's institutionalised. She was brill!) Off to watch ER.

It was great, such a fantastic episode - can't see much of a future for Ronnie now, she's going to be a complete mess for the next year.
Maybe they'll treat us to a suicide storyline for christmas?
Really great stuff though, perfect writing, perfect acting... I love TV too.
weird you loved eastenders last night. i don't watch it but noticed afterwards loads of status updates on facebook. just read them back. all the boys saying it was crap/pants. girls saying it was sad and they loved it.
The boys were probably lying to hide their pain.

I only know one other boy who watched it - he said it was amazing, but has stopped watching it now as he was disappointed by the ending. I'll give him a week before he comes crawling back in shame....
